Dear customers and business partners,

this year more than ever, we have had to adjust to new challenges: constantly adjusting to new provisions and regulations, advances in digitalisation and the introduction of home working. We have managed to organise this well and implement many of the changes.
This change and rethinking within our society, among other things in the spirit of sustainability, has led us to donate the money that we usually pass on to our loyal customers in the form of gifts and presents to regional projects and associations.
Knowing that a large number of local clubs had to struggle with financial difficulties, especially this year, we decided, in coordination with our employees, to counteract this and support a project in the region every month. Among the numerous suggestions, as well as the large number of regional clubs, we decided on a traditional club from Löbau in December 2020.
The East Saxon Railway Friends Association (OSEF) has set itself the task of saving historic railway vehicles from being scrapped. These are repaired with loving and lengthy work and are also rented out for various celebrations. Due to the corona pandemic, the club lost income from events and rentals through train journeys. Thanks to our financial donation of €10.000, OSEF has the opportunity to pick itself up and get off to a flying start again in the new year.
The ceremonial handover took place at the beginning of the Advent season on December 1st, 2020 in front of our headquarters building in Dresden. Mr. Boris Schubert, Managing Director of Celsion Brandschutzsysteme GmbH (picture on the left), together with his wife Lucie Schubert (Head of Accounting, Human Resources, Logistics and Purchasing) handed over the donation check to the deputy chairman of the OSEF, Mr. Ralph Gruner (picture on the right). The organization and coordination of this fundraising campaign and donation handover were carried out by our employee Ms. Turski (pictured in the middle).
